Martin Luther's Sermon on the Healing of the Deaf and Mute Man (Mark 7:31-37, Trinity 12, House Postil)

Jesus heals a deaf and mute man, and Luther preaches about it. The first part of the sermon reminds us that while the devil is working to destroy everything good, the Lord Jesus is fighting back. The second part of the sermon extols the external Word.
